The Data Coordinator at Medpace is a crucial component of the clinical trial process. By analyzing clinical data, these professionals ensure the accuracy of data that is reported from clinical studies. Our successful Data Coordinators come from a variety of different data management backgrounds and often have a broad knowledge of medical terminology. If you are detail-oriented, and enjoy a predictable and standardized work environment, this could be the opportunity for you. As new hires, Data Coordinators go through an extensive onboarding and training process, which prepares them to become experts in their field.
Participate as part of a team on various project(s);
Validate an entry database design;
Report metrics and data trends on project(s);
Identify data conflicts and issues on project(s);
Work with personnel from research sites globally to resolve data conflicts;
Reconcile data from multiple sources; and
Create and update study documentation on project(s).
Bachelor's degree in a health related field with strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word
1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting preferred.
