- Providing general assistance on members administration including: pending reminders, encoding fees, reports, queries, updates, corrections of invoices, preparation and attendance of the General Assembly, preparation and manning of the Premium lounge during some Summits - Following up the weekly payment reports with changes of status, unblocking the services, vouchers - Sending certificates and welcome packs to new members - Supporting the Advertising and Sales Manager with publications-related tasks (follow-up of publications) - Supporting with Correspondence (typing of minutes, minor translations, templates) - Updating the database - Encoding and following up debt collector files - Following up lost contacts upon returned postal mailings - Treating requests from members and colleagues, including from the members hotline and the membership mail box - Bringing occasional administrative support to the Head of Membership Development including mostly the internal expense reports
