The incumbent role is to support Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Process Owners in their role during the program Quality Management System (QMS) at GRA. The process owner (PO) role within GRA is a new role which will be endorsed by GRA SMEs who are not familiar with Business Process Management.

Therefore, there is a strong need to provide support. The support that will be provided during the program is only the beginning of a the coaching/training journey to ensure GRA process owners are equipped to secure the continuous improvement of their respective Process and to ensure GRA QMS sustainability.


Provide Business Management support to GRA POs to:

  • identify and create a business process mapping
  • support for identification and prioritization of process improvement
  • evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes
  • ensure that business process outcomes are in line with an organization’s strategic goals
  • guarantee collaborative work between the POs and across all departments of the organization to ensure all the processes are mapped as a system
  • contribute to the definition of Process baseline data, success criteria & KPIs/metrics 

Training, coaching and facilitation:

  • Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to POs to ensure they have the right competencies to properly and efficiently manage their process
  • Help the POs to create their network
  • Project Management
  • Support the POs in defining their project plan in order to secure deliverables
  • Help to prepare status updates for Core Team meetings and sponsors meeting
  • Support the deployment of the program methodology within the project teams

jouw aanbod

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Business Process Management Certification (plus)
  • Change Management Certification (plus)
  • Project Management Certification (plus)
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Deep experience about Business Process Management and Improvement in a service environment is required
  • Experience and knowledge of RA processes is an asset
  • Project/Change Management experience is a plus
  • Solid experience about business prioritization criteria, business process deployment strategy, Business Game
