Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to hire a Recruiter for our offices based in Brussels. Your focus will be on (Tele-)Sales & Customer Support profiles for our internal teams.
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be following:
Define and document job requirements with the hiring managers; Ensure qualitative job postings; Proactively source candidates via our job boards and direct search in our databases; Screen Cv’s; realize phone interviews; participate to face-to-face interviews with the Hiring Managers; Coordinate the end to end recruitment process: plan appointments, document interviews, proactively follow-up with the hiring managers and the stakeholders; Offer management and contract negotiations; Guide, advise and support stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment process; Create reports as and where required; Coach the managers in Interview techniques.
Bilingual Dutch, French with a good oral and written level in English; Experience with high volume recruitment all profiles. Minimum 3 years’ successful end-to-end recruitment experience gained from either in-house or agency; preferably within the industry sector linked to digital services or online ad based services. Strong exposure to proactive sourcing; Experience in screening & skills/competence based interview techniques; Ability to work in a challenging environment; Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively; Exceptional communication and relationship building skills; The ability to challenge the ‘status quo’;
