Entrematic Belgium NV operates 3 brands of high speed doors: Dynaco, Nergeco and Ditec.

Headquartered in Moorsel (Aalst), they are looking for a multilingual Technical Customer Service Engineer to support their on-site technicians and engineers who are installing, maintaining and troubleshooting HPD products all over the world.

In this function you fulfill a crucial role in the High Performance Doors' (HPD) Customer Service organization, a multinational team that comprises 11 team members.

Your primary responsibility is that of the Technical customer support.
Additionally you will organize technical training for your client to allow them to keep the technical knowledge about Entrematic's products up to date and in line with the needs of the field.

More specifically:
- you manage the problem solving of all technical questions/issues of your clients;
- you assist your clients in the troubleshooting of errors, malfunctions, ...

You report directly to the manager of the team.

vos atouts

- You have a technical bachelor or master degree with a minimum of 3 years working experience;
- You have a good knowledge on mechanics, electromechanics, electricity and electronics;
- You are hands-on. A previous function as a field engineer or on-site support engineer is a plus;
- You are fluent in English and you have a good knowledge of another European language;
- You are a strong communicator and are capable of assisting experienced technical professionals - on the phone or by email - in various countries in resolving their technical issues;
- You present excellent problem solving skills;
- You are a self starter and a team player;
- You are characterized by patience, eagerness to learn, and entrepreneurship.
