For Johnson & Johnson Medical we are looking for a Sales Assistant/ Tender and Contracting Assistant to support the Strategic Account Managers and the Tender & Contracting Manager in their daily activities.

The Sales Assistant/ Tender and Contracting Assistant will be in charge of the following duties (60% of the job):

* completing contracts using French templates (and if possible Dutch templates)
* sending and filing contracts in a compliant way
* delivering quotations using templates
* registering orders in the system
* reporting in Excel
* data entry in various systems: entering quotes, orders, updating database,..
* internal communication with the rest of the team and other departments

Besides (40% of the job) you'll support the Tender & Contracting Manager with his activities by providing administrative support and watching over the deadlines, contacting the right stakeholders to collect the necessary signatures and documents.

The Assistant we look for can will manage to work independently in an extremely dynamic and highly evolving environment caused by, amongst others, the current transition to new software applications.

This job is temporary but there is a chance to stay in this position in the long term. We are looking for a candidate who can start very soon as there currently is an urgent need for additional resources. The job is open for at least 6 months, but if you are only available until year end, we would also be very happy to have you in the team and we'll reopen the job as from January 2019. The ideal candidate is available to stay in this position in the long term.

vos atouts

* Bachelor degree is required
* You have gained a first professional experience in an assisting role
* Young graduates without experience are also eligible for this job
* You have a very good command of MS Word and Excel
* Knowledge of MS PowerPoint is a big plus
* You have the ability to learn quickly and adapt smoothly to changes within the organization
* Your proficiency in French is outstanding (both spoken and written)
* You speak fluently English
* Proficiency in Dutch is a big plus but not required for this position
* You are an assertive person who does not hesitate to ask questions in order to work independently asap
* You have proven ability in working independently and you work precisely
