You are responsible for the administrative support of the sales team. Amongst other things, you take care of:

- drawing up broker contracts, as well as opening and managing broker accounts;
- following up on and distributing of visit reports and managing the AM agenda, as well as scheduling meetings with brokers and managing the Sales mailbox;
- managing and keeping up to date our client database;
- managing and following up on Service Agreements;
- managing new accounts and following up on their performance;
- managing and following up on TOBA's

- following up and reporting on Ex-gratia;
- following up on the sales dashboard;

- preparing the sales meeting and following up on actions;
- internal communication and commercial communication to brokers;
- back up of the management assistant.

vos atouts

- You have obtained at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in communication or marketing;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- You have developed good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- You are dynamic, creative and like to learn;
- You are results oriented and you can work autonomously as well as in team;
- You are proactive and well organized, with great attention to detail;
- You are communicative and outgoing;
- You have excellent verbal and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English
