To strengthen the Biotech Sciences Operations department, we are looking for a Biotech Sciences Operations Coordinator.

The mission consists of managing transactional and business activities to provide transversal support to the Biotech Sciences Operations team as well as cross-functional development teams with regards to the management of:

  • Capex (capital expenditure) budget
  • Outsourced development work packages and activities
  • Traceability of Development Products in SAP

This mission will contribute to consolidate good practices in the way of working within the teams and generate opportunities for continuous improvement of processes

- Capex (capital expenditure) budget - To support the operational management of Capex activities:

  • To collect required documentation (Vendor creation, price quotation, purchasing and specific Capex documentation…)
  • To create Purchase Orders in SAP as well as transactions linked to the Capex process
  • To coordinate the equipment delivery on site with key stakeholders and perform the Goods Receipts in SAP
  • To monitor the invoicing process and status
  • To support the management of planning, KPIs and reporting of respective Capex activities

- Outsourced development activities:

  • To create Purchase Orders and manage Goods Receipt in SAP
  • To monitor the invoicing status of vendors and external partners
  • To support the setup of contractual and legal documentation, and coordinate the associated documentation flows
  • To ensure appropriate interactions with transversal stakeholders across the organization 
  • To contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of dedicated KPIs

- Traceability of Development Products in SAP - To support the monitoring of SAP transactions in order to allow timely release of batches and payment to external partners:

vos atouts

  • At least 5 years of experience within the Biopharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in operational management of SAP transactions, mainly with regards to the Purchase Orders environment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to plan, monitor, track activities, and manage reporting to teams and transversal stakeholders
  • Proven experience of working in a matrix organization involving cross functional stakeholders with a wide range of seniority and diverse scope of expertise
  • Attention to details to perform tasks with diligence and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required in English
  • Proactive behavior and mindset
  • Experience with transactional operations in the scope of manufacturing and development environment related to outsourcing, budget and product traceability aspects
  • Familiar to the use of the following tools: Project planning (e.g. MS project), database (Excel), information flow mapping (e.g. Visio or others), Document Management Systems and online collaborative tools
