Our client is a market leader and part of an US company (US$ 3,6 billion). As part of the continued development of the company, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, which report to the Sales & Marketing Director Europe. Your role purpose : Responsible for trade marketing and social media activities, managing and motivating a marketing assistant,driving the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. The aim is to increase visibility of the brands and the sales at European level. In collaboration with Sales, Product Development and Logistic departments you are responsible for coordinating and efficiently implementing trade activities. Key Responsibilities: -Creating a trade marketing strategy in line with the budget allowed. -Developing annual promotional actions plan and communicating this to the Sales team. -Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content, in close collaboration with product development managers (Catalogue, brochure, editorial, etc). -Executing trade marketing plans according to the different needs raised by the sales team (per country, per customer). -Driving our brands awareness across various categories and products, in store and out store. -Organizing our presence and attending at trade fairs -Implementing digital communication strategy
Min 5 years experience in ( trade) marketing Fluent in French/English/Dutch. Other languages are a plus+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills Affinity with retail is + Experienced in Indesign, Illustrator is + Ability to build collaborative working relationships on all level
