As system support/helpdesk analyst you will take care of the following things:
TMS (Transport Management System) - support the colleagues in the EMEA-area regarding each issue related to the Transport Management System - identification, follow up and escalation of repetitive issues - proactively discuss issues with the TMS team, other departments in other countries or with suppliers
Monitoring - you treat incoming emails/calls - follow up of the open cases - monitor the performance of the hubs/locations - monitor the performance of the transporters
- Log all the incoming mails/calls for the TMS Support help desk in a correct manner, give priority where needed and guarantee an efficient follow up - Inform users when an issue is in treatment or resolved
As system support/helpdesk analyst we are looking for the following profile:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience - Very good communicator in fluent English (spoken and written) - A first experience in a help desk or service minded environment
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or transport is an asset - affinity with IT, quick (IT) learner and strong in MS office (excel in particular) - problem solver, stress resistant, autonomous
