For our customer who is marketleader for surface solutions for various industrial applications we're searching an internal technical sales.
Their coatings increase the sustainability and performance of forming tools, cutting tools and components within the manufacturing industry. Today the organization is located worldwide in more than 130 countries. The internal technical sales we are looking for will be working at Oerlikon Balzers Benelux in Sint-Truiden (B).
Your responsibilities and tasks: - Prepare technically and commercially the quotations to be sent to our customers with the support of production and external Sales - Drive new customer projects from technical evaluation over sampling until start of production for coatings on components. - Be the point of contact by telephone and e-mail for our customers and our external sales in terms of order status, quotations and information about our products - Update customer and order relevant information in our ERP and CRM system - Flow up on quotations and support the invoicing, sampling and complaint process
We expect - a Bachelor degree with experience in the business or a Master degree with in mechanical or materials engineering - >3 years technical/ background in manufacturing or surface solutions industry or Master degree graduates - good communication skills and ability to communicate in English, Dutch and French is a must - a team player with the ability to work independently - a proactive and solution oriented personality who likes to get things done
