Project Back Ground:

  • The Technical & Legal documentation of equipment’s, systems, assets belonging to BeEM (spec, Commissioning & Qualification, Maintenance Plan, Legal inspection, P&ID) is either not existing, missing or not appropriately stored
  • The handover process in term of technical & legal documentation between CAPEX and routine activities is not enough robust
  • The routine Technical & Legal process is not formally applied and robust
  • Various SOP, systems and platforms are available but these is not one overview on the full documentation flow from the very start of the project until its end, showing
  • The platform on which the deliverable is stored

Mission description:

Build a  robust, simplified & harmonized BeEM capex project documentation & archiving process & RACI that includes legal documents, standard project documentation and BeEM Capex community documents to :

  • prevent legal documents archiving gaps & NOBO complaints and / or L2-3-4 major observations,
  • facilitate MPU / SPUs access to projects documents requested to support business operation,
  •  increase projects knowledge management

- Visualize the full documentation flow from the very start of the project until its end, showing

  • The deliverable its creation/modification/closure in the different project phases (according to the PMF)
  • The RACI per deliverable

  • GDP knowledge
  • Pro-active personality who is familiar with project (technical, legal, GDP,…) documentation flow within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Eager to analyze, visualize and improve existing documentation system
  • Motivated to dive in to the last detail of the links between the different documentation (systems) and platforms AND to able to propose improvements to these flows
  • Self-Governing
  • Good communicator + clear presenter
  • Well organized
  • Knowledge of Documentum, AGORA, Techshare, …can be considered as a plus.
  • Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • SAP
  • Techshare, Documentum, AGORA, …
  • Visio
  • French: fluent - English: technical knowledge
