As Ramp Supervisor you are responsable for the coordination of all operations at the tarmac and for all activities that are connected.
You are the liaison between the "Operations" department and the field teams, Warehouse as well. You organise the work in order of priority of the planes, following the instructions of Operations and the Duty Manager.

- You actively supervise all operations and work on a correct rotations of all flights. You organise the task in and out of the airplane, using all resources you get.
- You follow the evolution of the planning and coordinate the flight priorities with the departement "Operations" before organizing your team.
- You watch over the respect between all members of your team, use of all Ramp procedures, specific procedures for every individual airline as well as the Quality/Security politics from Lachs.
- You have control over the loading and unloading of the different airplanes and, if necessary, you need to sign the (un)loading plans as "Loading Supervisor".
- You observe and report all broken materials.

jouw aanbod

Experience: knowledge of the Cargo Air Freight world is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of "RAMP" experience; experience of loading and unloading planes, read and interpret a loadplan.
- You have knowledge of strip equipement and know the strip procedures.
- You are quality orientated with a good stress level. You love to work outside.
- You are responsable, have a good sense of leadership and a good coaching quality, as well as teamspirit.

You have enjoyed following education:
- Graduated in a higher education or experience in a similar fonction.
- Forklift licence.
- Valid driver's license and track license.
- Enjoyed the "Ramp Safety" formation and others necessarily for the fonction.
- Basic knowledge of English and data processing.
