Tender & Contracting Assistant (TEMP TO PERMANENT CONTRACT)

To support the Sales & Marketing department of Johnson & Johson Medical, we are looking for a Tender and Contracting Assistant.


The Assistant we look for will manage to work independently in an extremely dynamic and highly evolving environment caused by, amongst others, the current transition to new software applications. The following tasks will be assigned to the Tender and Contracting Assistant:

* you follow up on tenders and assist the Tender & Contracting Manager in his daily activities
* you are responsible for document coordination: you collect and make sure that all due signatures and documents arrive on time
* you liaise between the Tender & Contracting Manager and the other stakeholders involved in the tendering process
* you watch over the deadlines and coordinate with all parties involved
* you are in charge of e-filing
* you provide administrative support to the Tender & Contracting Manager

This job is "temp to permanent": after a positive interim period you will be offered a permanent contract starting as from January 2019.

jouw aanbod

* Bachelor degree or equivalent by relevant experience in tender management
* You have an outstanding command of French (both oral and written) and you also have a very good command of English or Dutch
* you have gained at least 2 years of administrative work experience and you've gained a first experience in tender management
* extensive experience in tender support is a big plus
* you have a very good command of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and you can also work with MS PowerPoint
* you are proactive and you don't need too many handover to work independantly
* you have a lot of experience in deadline management
* you are assertive in order to obtain your goals and meet the deadlines
