As Sr. HR Business Partner (HR manager), you report to the HR Director. You are responsible for the operational HR governance (hard and soft HR) cross division. - You will work closely with our business leaders and an HRBP team in order to supports our overall business and organization aims. - You work with the division directors and team managers on the HR cycle of our employees (onboarding and off boarding, performance management, career development, social legislation, contract management, payroll..) to support the overall employee engagement - You consult; advice and coach the line management in all HR related topics, HR processes and policies. - You participate in the recruitment and offer approval process for senior and strategic profiles - Together with the L&D department, you take the lead in the set-up, coordination and communication, of the different talent and performance initiatives (annual performance, training career development …) and you support the divisions with the implementation. - You participate as project leader at different HR projects and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and policies. You provide clear and accurate HR reports and analyses - You prepare topics for the Work Council / Prevention Committee in support of the HR Director.
You have minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in HR of which at least a proven track record of 3 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, with a good understanding of the different HR processes (hard and soft HR) and best practices, enabling you to share your experience to develop the skills in the HRBP team. You have a Master degree or equivalent through experience You are comfortable working within an ever-dynamic, agile, fast-paced and complex environment. With preference you have already a first experience in the consulting sector You have thorough knowledge of Belgian labor legislation You have excellent analytical and project management skills You have strong communication and interpersonal skills You are client minded and goal oriented focus and you have a problem solving attitude You are flexible and motivated team player You are bilingual in Dutch and French, and fluent English is mandatory You handle the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) very well
