We are looking for an embedded software engineer who wants to make an impact on the future of automotive.
The embedded software engineer will be responsible for the design, realization and test of a system, subsystem and component as part of a user story/feature. You will understand and communicate consequences of the design on the architecture.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Design for (manual and automated) testability
Participate in the planning and retrospective processes during scrum rituals
Identifie impediments and sort them out
Collaborate, support and guide other team members towards achieving team goals (collaboration and knowledge sharing)
Execute on the definition of done and ensure minimum build failure on account of integration issues
Act quickly when failures are detected
You have a bachelor or master degree in Automotive, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanics or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in embedded software design processes (according the V-cycle). You are familiar with model based software environments such as Matlab/Simulink and you have knowledge of development methodologies like Agile/Scrum. Preferably you have experience with automotive safety and standards, such as ISO26262. You collaborate well in teams and you have a proactive and self-organizing workstyle. You like to solve problems in an analytical/pragmatic way. You communicate fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
