WEG BENELUX S.A. is the first sales Branch in Europe created in September 1992.

Thanks to the strategic location in the heart of Europe, an excellent road and railway network and the proximity of Antwerp as the second biggest European port, WEG BENELUX S.A. ensured the logistic support for the WEG Branches and independent distributors in all Europe.

The local Belgian and Dutch distributors can rely on the excellent service and the important stock of the Branch located in Nivelles.

Since 2003 a special attention is given to the growing number of OEM accounts attracted by WEG's wide product range and its flexible approach.

In order to fulfill the special needs for these new accounts WEG BENELUX S.A. moved into its new premises in August 2004 including 4500m² of warehouses and a fully equipped workshop of 260 m².

As support to the local end-user market WEG BENELUX S.A. set up a reliable sales and service network for low and medium voltage motors and drives products.

As Business Development Manager (Geared Motors), you will build long-term relationships with customer active into the machine-building industry, engineering companies,...

-After an intensive training, you will expanding the WEG client base.

 You are part of the national sales team active in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will be the first point of contact for our customer ( technical and commercial) to guide them to the most optimal solution based on the WEG Geared Motors.

You are following closely market -evolution and you will be in close contact with the WEG factories. Your Product  input can make the difference to develop dedicated products for the WEG market.

Considering that your function is “on field”, you will receive administrative help from the internal sales which support you in your daily sales and reporting activities.

jouw aanbod

You have a degree in mechanics, electro-mechanics, (Master or Bachelor)

Knowledge of motors, geared motors and/or frequency drives is a strong advantage.

You have experience in a commercial function in a technical environment

You can build a network from people in different activities in different functions ( engineering purchase, maintenance...)

You are independent and enthusiast with  communicative skills

You are not afraid to do some pioneering on the market and to search actively to develop new opportunities on the market

You have good knowledge of Dutch, English and French language.
