As a member of a dynamic team you will be responsible for a correct, complete and timely input, allocation, confirmation and follow-up of orders for our customer base in North-West Europe. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Order entry: Input of all order lines in the system in a timely and qualitative manner with the purpose to have the order linesready for allocation.
- Identify, communicate and follow up on order entry related issues.
- Allocation: Allocate all order lines to stock meeting the customer's requirements with the purpose to have the order ready to be processed by the distribution center.
- Delivery confirmation: Confirm order delivery and invoicing details to the customers.
- Communication: Liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure qualitative end-to-end order fulfillment.

jouw aanbod

- You are able to read and understand English and Finnish or an other Scandinavic language.
- You are able to express yourself verbally and in writing in English and Finnish for job related issues
- You have a good understanding of the commercial concept and activities of the 'offer-to-cash' process.
- You are able to perform effectively, efficiently and accurately despite time pressure and/or large volumes of work.
- You are able to make a clear distinction between relevant and less relevant information, and prioritize the right things, whilst keeping a clear focus on service to the customer.
- You are a well-organized and disciplined administrator, with good computer skills.
- You are a genuine team player, always ready to back up for colleagues.
