The Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) department is central and increasingly important to our local market access strategies. We have the responsibility for the evidence-based presentation of the clinical and economic value added of our technologies as well as all reimbursement related questions.
In the HEMA Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Team we have an internship position for Outcomes Based Agreements EMEA hub (m/f):


Support the execution, understanding and tracking of Outcomes Based Agreements for medical devices and services in the EMEA region.

Your contribution:
- Support the creation of a `Playbook' that helps support the implementation of outcome based agreements for medical devices and services in the EMEA and global region
- Support Outcome Based Agreements EMEA Hub review of proposals from countries and business partners
- Support the Outcome Based Agreements EMEA Hub in the delivery on training about outcome based agreements and understanding how they work, why we do them and how they can be implemented with customers
- develop a tracking methodology for Outcome Based Agreement opportunities and deals in the region and Track the status and execution of outcome based agreements across EMEA
- Support the development of a Position Paper on Outcome Based Agreements for the J&N Medical EMEA

jouw aanbod

- Studying for degree in Science (medicine, health management, etc.), Law, Economics or Business Administration
- Interest in healthcare system financing/purchasing/health insurance, medical device industry
- Fluent in English. Other languages an advantage
- Very good analytical skills as well as independent and proactive working methods
- Ability to present complex facts in a simple and understandable way
- Accustomed to working in a dynamic and complex environment
- High social skills, good communication skills and good presentation skills

- Location: Belgium, Diegem JNJ office
- Duration: 6-9 months
- Timeframe: June 2019

The candidate must be a registered student for the entire course of the internship.
Unfortunately, graduates that are currently not enrolled in a study program are not eligible for this internship.
