Job description: The Instructional Designer for Immersive Training will design an interactive learning platform for discovering how clinical trials work at a clinical site (i.e. hospital). The learning platform will be used by internal J&J people that never visit a clinical site but need to interact with it. The learning platform will take advantage of serious gaming mechanics and 360° video. You will support the Director of Innovative Capabilities (based in Beerse) and the business representative (based in US).
Responsibilities and duties: - Analyze the learning needs of the target audience - Write all scenarios that the learning platform should support - Write high-level functional specifications for the internal IT organization - Create a storyboard for the full solution that can be used by the internal IT organization - Communicate with all stakeholders
Qualifications: - Have a background in education, training, psychology or pedagogy - Is proficient in business English to operate in global environment - Can analyze complex problems in a methodological way - Is not afraid to speak up, to be creative and to come up with wild ideas
Practical details: - Location: Beerse, Belgium - Duration: 3 months or longer - Timeframe: start / end date to be decided
