Your tasks are:
Carrier Invoice Auditing Support: - responsible for the monthly invoice audit for assigned carriers - Solve the “non matches” to get to approve invoice status asap - Improve non-automatic matches and find structural solutions - Setup/document solutions
Work with assigned carriers to: - Improve/validate Carrier integration - Agree list of scenarios/interfaces applicable for carrier - Correct/adjust to make all scenarios work
- Master or bachelor degree - Fluent English in writing and communicating. Second language, in addition to English is a benefit. Minimum 2 years supply chain experience (preferably in Transportation Management system/Carrier). - Very good working knowledge of MS Excel. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. - Logical Analysis - Self-motivated - System affinity
