For the expansion of our team, argenx is looking for a CMC Logistics Officer. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities in the Chemical Manufacturing Control-team:
You will provide logistical and administrative support, this can include following tasks: - sample management for (non-)clinical programs according to good distribution practices for temperature-controlled shipments. This also includes the completion of import/export documents and product specific information. - optimization of inventory management of CMC analytical samples - keeping overview of shipment documentation and archiving - follow up inventory of samples at external storage facilities under argenx responsibilities - organize shipments from and to contract manufacturing and testing facilities - support hands-on lab work for CMC activities (aliquoting samples, protein determination) - organizes import/export documents, arranging temperature-controlled shipments, follow up temperature monitoring files and potential temperature excursions, shipment acknowledgment documents - you are in close and constant interaction with your colleagues within the CMC team and QA-team - you will also be responsible for giving administrative assistance
- Technical degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent through education and experience - This can be high school or a professional bachelor's degree - It is very important that you have a long term interest in this kind of job. This is a fixed position as a -administrative & logistical collaborator. - You are fluent in English - Proficient in software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in electronical lab systems is a plus - Team player and good communication skills - Organization skills and maintaining an eye for detail - Flexible attitude and well-organized - Knowledge of GDP / GMP is a plus - Basics lab skills is an asset, able to dispense bulk samples under sterile and endotoxin-free conditions into smaller aliquots - Interest in safety
