key responsibilities
- Managing and coaching a team of approximately 8 technical employees during the night shift
- Providing support during technical malfunctions and complex troubleshooting
- Analyzing and resolving technical problems on the production floor
- Coordinating technical escalations with other departments
- Monitoring the performance of machines and installations
- Distribution and follow-up of technical tasks within the shift
- Actively participating in technical improvement projects
- Supporting the training and development of technical employees
- Assisting in following up on practical personnel matters within the shift
qualification
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Relevant experience within a technical production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and (electro)pneumatics is a major asset
- Experience with electrical measurements and technical analyses
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Interest in precision technical work with compact machines
- Experience in coaching or managing a team is a plus
- Good communication skills and team-oriented Attitude
- Analytical, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
- Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of Dutch
