    • Create a profile.The more details you give, the higher the chances that you will find a job.
    • Respond to job offers you find on www.randstad.be.

  • how can I apply for a job?

    You can apply directly by clicking the orange ‘apply for this job' button. In the column on the right hand you can find the coordinates of the Randstad consultant responsible for this job offer. He or she can give you more detailed information. If you haven’t heard from us after one week, that unfortunately means that your application was not selected. If you would like to know why, you can contact the Randstad agency that published the job.

  • can I create an e-mail alert to be informed about interesting job offers?

    If you would like to receive daily/weekly job offers in your mailbox, you can create an e-mail alert.

  • I wish to unsubscribe from the job mails.

    You can untick the option ‘jobs via email’ in your profile or you click the unsubscribe link at the top of the mail. (https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad)

I have questions about myRandstad.

  • my national number is already in use, what should I do?

    If your national number is already in use, you have already created a Randstad profile in the past.

    Please check if your profile is linked to your current e-mail address. Surf to https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad/reset-password and fill in your e-mail address. You will receive an automatic mail to reset your password. If your e-mail address is not known in our system, please contact the nearest Randstad branch. Our consultants can check which e-mail address you are registered with, and change it if necessary. That way your profile will not be lost.

  • my password is not accepted.

    If you create a new password, it must meet the following criteria:

    • be at least 8 characters long 
    • contain at least one capital letter, one small letter and at least one number 
    • be different from your username 

  • how can I upload my cv?

    You can upload your cv in your my randstad profile:

    • Log on and click on the icon next to 'my profile'.
    • In the next screen, choose 'documents' in the menu on the left. You can now add your cv.

    Please specify the type of document you want to upload in the dropdown menu (otherwise you will receive an error message). The size of the documents should not exceed 2MB. Make sure the names of your documents are no longer than 50 characters and do not contain special symbols.

  • I wish to change my profile.

    You can change your details easily. To change your profile:

    • Log in on your my randstad profile 
    • Click on the icon to the right of either 'my details' or 'my profile'; 
    • Change your profile (use the menu on the left to navigate between the different types of information) 

    If you cannot change certain details, please contact your Randstad branch.

  • I’ve forgotten my password/username.

    Surf to https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad/reset-password and fill in your e-mail address. An automatic e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address to reset your password.

    Attention, if you create a new password, it must meet the following criteria:

    • be at least 8 characters long 
    • contain at least one capital letter, one small letter and at least one number 
    • be different from your username

  • I no longer have access to the e-mail address linked to my profile.

    If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you are registered with, we suggest you contact the nearest Randstad branch. Our consultants can change the e-mail address that is linked to your profile.

  • how can I reach my contact person?

    Your consultant knows you and is the best person to help you or give you advice. On your contract sheet and your salary sheet you can find their email address. Contact them right away!

  • I’m sick. To whom i’m sending my sick note?

    Your consultant knows you and is the best person to help you. Send your sick note as soons as possible to your contact person. On your contract sheet and your salary sheet you can find their email address. This will be the fastest way!

  • when will my salary be paid?

    Our administration department processes all performance sheets on Monday & Tuesday. Your salary will be paid on Thursday, so you will receive your salary on Friday.

  • I have a question concerning my payments.

    Please contact your Randstad consultant. He or she knows your file best and can give you more information about your payments.

  • where can I, as a temporary worker, access my wage statements?

    You can access your payslips via your my Randstad profile. Log in with and go to 'my documents'. There you will find an overview of all available documents, including your payslips.

    Or you can consultent them also via the randstad app.

  • I have not yet received my electronic meal check card

    Contact Edenred and include your surname, first name, INSZ number, phone number and address to where the card should be sent.

    If necessary, you will have to confirm your address in writing upon Edenred's request.

    Edenred will order a new card. If you already have an Edenred card in your possession, you will not receive a new card. Edenred always checks if this is the case before ordering a new card.

  • how do I know that the message comes from Randstad and is not fraud?

    You can always recognize Rani on WhatsApp by Randstad Belgium's official business account and our dedicated phone number +32 2 790 63 35. All your answers and data are stored strictly confidentially and securely in Randstad's internal systems, in full accordance with our privacy statement.

  • why does Randstad use an AI agent for this first step?

    We receive thousands of applications daily. Thanks to Rani, you get a guaranteed and immediate response via WhatsApp. Rani checks whether your profile meets our client's set criteria. The final evaluation of your application and the follow-up interview are always handled by a human Randstad consultant.

  • how does your screening work step by step?

    1. First contact via WhatsApp: Rani sends you a message and politely introduces herself as Randstad Belgium's AI agent.
    2. Choose your preferred channel: You choose whether you prefer to continue the conversation via WhatsApp (texting) or via a phone call. If you choose to call, Rani will ask for your consent in advance to record the call for the consultants.
    3. Short round of questions: Rani asks you a few basic questions to verify your availability, work experience, diplomas, and driver's license. Did you make a mistake or did Rani misunderstand you? No problem: simply indicate it and Rani will correct your answer.
    4. You are in control: You decide when to answer and can stop the conversation at any time if you are no longer interested.
       

  • what happens if I make a mistake while answering or if the AI agent doesn't understand me?

    That is no problem at all! If you feel your answer was unclear or if you didn't quite understand something, you can simply tell Rani and she will correct it for you. You can also contact Rani again via WhatsApp later if you have questions or want to confirm something. Rani checks whether your profile meets our client's set criteria; the substantive evaluation and the final interview are always conducted by a human Randstad consultant.

  • what happens after your conversation with Rani?

    Rani forwards your updated details to the responsible Randstad consultant. Is there a good match with the position? Then Rani will contact you again to schedule an interview with the consultant.

  • what about your privacy?

    All your data is processed confidentially and securely. More information is available in the privacy policy for candidates.     As soon as you have access to Goodhabitz, you can log on directly to the Goodhabitz website with your e-mail address and password. 

  • do I have to take and complete the training in one go?

    No, that’s why these trainings are so practical. You have full control of what, when and how you learn. You choose your own path. Learned enough for the day? Then simply click ‘stop’. Next time you log in the course picks up exactly where you left off.

  • do I have to take the training on my computer or can I use my mobile?

    Most online trainings can just as easily be taken on your mobile. Some training such as Excel work better on your computer.

  • do I get a diploma when I complete a training?

    No, you don’t get a diploma but we do hand out certificates of attendance. Online trainings are about personal skills. They are not professional trainings that come with a certified diploma but a certificate of attendance shows that you did complete the course. We advise you to discuss this certificate with your employment agency consultant. Also remember to add it to your LinkedIn profile.
