      • key responsibilities

        The primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

        • Systems & data governance: Own end-to-end systems governance. Build, maintain, and continuously improve platforms, workflows, data setups, and handoffs.
        • ERP execution: Execute core master data and pricing setup activities across multiple ERP systems (JD Edwards 8.12, SAP ERP, S/4HANA) accurately and efficiently.
        • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with diverse global stakeholders (Tax Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, NPI, Product Management) to enable seamless ICP calculation and ensure tax models are correctly applied.
        • Year-End support: Support annual year-end outbound/inbound and standard-cost loads across ERPs. Lead the year-end kits calculation and remain fully available to support the team during this critical closing period.
        • Process optimization & change: Analyze data, validate process logic, and develop workflows for large-scale testing. Maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving change rather than just executing tasks.
        • Compliance & controls: Coordinate the collection and retention of approvals for standard-cost and ICP changes, ensuring SOX controls are strictly enforced and audit requirements are met.
        • SLA & order fulfillment: Ensure base business and ad-hoc requests are completed within agreed SLAs, executing preventive controls to avoid any disruption to order fulfillment.

      • qualification

        Experience & education:

        • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
        • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or IT.
        • Geographical requirement: Candidates must be based in Belgium.

        Technical skills:

        • Data & automation: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Proven experience in data analytics, data consolidation, dashboarding, and reporting (preferably using Power BI and SQL). Experience with Alteryx or other automation tools is a strong plus.
        • ERP literacy: Solid IT literacy with hands-on experience in JD Edwards and SAP ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a distinct advantage.
        • Project experience: Past experience as a project lead, product owner, or core project team member is a strong plus.

        Soft skills & competencies:

        • Analytical & critical mindset: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a heavily analytical approach to managing large volumes of complex data.
        • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ad-hoc requests, and comfortably navigate continuous change and "grey zones".
        • Cross-Cultural partnering: A proven track record of effective cross-cultural business partnering and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
        • Autonomy & ownership: Highly structured, proactive, and energetic, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
        • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to frame, interpret, and present complex situations into practical, workable solutions.
