In this crucial role, you will be working with an extremely special and precise technique that uses water and electrolytes to create exact, intricate shapes in solid metal molds. key responsibilities
- Operating, programming, and monitoring the CNC Spark Erosion machinery to create highly accurate metal components.
- Applying the specialized water and electrolyte-based techniques to achieve the exact required shapes in metal molds.
- Translating complex mathematical concepts and technical designs into tangible, perfectly executed mold parts.
- Managing your own flexible working schedule effectively (starting between 07:00 and 08:00, working a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Thursday, and a 6.5-hour shift on Fridays).
- Ensuring continuous quality control and precision on all manufactured components before they move to the production department.
qualification
- Good command of the English language (This is the highest priority for this role).
- Strong mathematical skills to calculate and verify exact dimensions.
- An extreme focus on precision and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent spatial awareness and creativity (a true "fantasy imagination") to visualize complex 3D structures.
- A photographic memory to easily recall complex shapes, processes, and dimensions.
