For our Infrastructure department, we are seeking a motivated Concrete Worker who lives in the region of Zedelgem to play a key role in our road construction projects. In this position, you will contribute directly to the high-quality execution of infrastructural works on various sites.

Infrastructure Elements: You install new linear elements (such as curbs and gutters) accurately according to project specifications.
Road Construction: You assist in constructing concrete roads, utilizing advanced slipform paving machinery.
Teamwork & Supervision: You carry out your daily tasks under the guidance of a dedicated Site Manager within our Infra division.

- Knowledge & Experience: You have a solid background in concrete works, or you possess the strong motivation and learning agility to master these skills on the job.
- Certificates & Safety: You already hold a valid VCA safety certificate or are fully prepared to obtain one through us.
- Skills & Traits: You are known for your commitment to safety, flexibility regarding tasks and hours, and a driven, team-oriented mindset.
- Languages & Mobility: You can communicate effectively in Dutch, French, or English, and you hold a valid category B driver's license to commute to our various project locations.
- Assets: Previous experience as a team leader (foreman) or prior familiarity with slipform pavers is considered a major plus.
