Your tasks include, among other things:
- synthesis, cleavage of the solid support, desalting, purification, quantification, QC sampling, chemical mixing and/or final processing of oligonucleotides.
- operating DNA/RNA synthesizers, HPLCs, and/or other laboratory instruments required to perform the tasks mentioned above.
- calibration, maintenance, and cleaning tasks on designated equipment according to schedule or upon request.
This role requires excellent multitasking and time management skills. You are capable of creating your own schedule, setting priorities, and ensuring that daily production goals are met. Although the work is partly repetitive, there is ample rotation between different workstations, allowing you to gain diverse skills and a deep understanding of the entire process. You will work in a close-knit team where teamwork, punctuality, and accuracy are central.
