Our client is a focused industrial supplier in the pharmaceutical sector with leading positions in global and regional market segments. They operate worldwide with the focus on serving the needs of global market segments, such as the automotive, health care, civil engineering and consumer goods industries etc.

For this client we are looking for an Internal Account Manager. As Internal Account Manager you will act as an entrepreneur and be the ambassador for the company.

Are you someone who is an expert in communication and has experience with internal en external contacts. Are you also experienced in customer service and account management? This is your change!

What does this function entail?

- You will be the first point of contact for the French customers' questions and complaints.
- You will be partnering with current customers and will guarantee an outstanding and reliable service experience.
- You will develop proximity and ensure a flawless execution of the interaction with the customers in close collaboration with the relevant Customer Service Representative.
- You will collect market, competition, product and customer information in order to develop appropriate customer strategies.
- You will review the commercial and customer satisfaction results.
- You will ensure flawless collaboration and communication with the other departments involved.
- You will secure periodic and proactive report of the activities within the assigned customer portfolio towards the Head of Sales.
- You will perform customer visits when needed.

jouw aanbod

- You have a relevant bachelor of master degree or the needed experience.
- You have a commercial and sales background.
- You are self-motivated and resourceful.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You master the French language and have good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- If you have experience in working with SAP, this is a plus.
