The technical support engineer helps customers team in on-site interventions to diagnose and fix issues. Another main activity is to animate technical training focused for Field Engineers.
Your main missions: - Support the field Reply to phone and e-mails, Reply to Salesforce requests, Understand the need on the field, Support the engineer on site to fix the issue, Update in Salesforce things done, Inform field managers, Machine scanner head calibration
- Support customers and resellers Diagnose/fix by remote control session, Save actions in Salesforce, Collect data with other services (engineering, production, supply chain,¿), Place orders in Salesforce, Machine scanner head calibration
Your tasks will be extended when you get a fixed contract at the company.
- Good technical knowledge in mechanic, electricity, optic, - Experience in diagnostic and repair, - Associate degree minimum in industrial maintenance, - Good knowledge of English, - International deplacements possible, - Driving license, - Listen the customer, - Skilled in pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word..), - Confident with 3D Software (Solidworks, Catia, etc), - Customer focus - Versatile - Rigorous - Pro-active
