As Internal Sales, you'll act as key player between the External Sales people and different departments inside our client such as Logistics, Infrastructure & Service Center.
Within the Goods ID department you'll be working in dedicated account teams where you will be responsible to treat customer commercial and operational demands in collaboration with the Account Managers & Business Development Managers.
-Qualification of costumers requests & needs and advise them on products & solutions -Treatment and follow-up offer request from customers via email and phone -Supporting external Sales people with commercial and administrative project requests -Coordination with the logistic team to process order administration -Follow-up of orders and delivery times -Responsible for organization of demo equipment
Profile : -You are very much customer and sales oriented -You are responsible for a large part of the Zetes customer base -You are a problem solver -Ability to work at high levels of accuracy in information management and data entry -You have very good organizational skills -You are punctual and highly demanding on yourself -You prefer working in team
We are looking for: General qualification: -You are perfectly bi-lingual (Dutch/French), spoken & written -Knowledge of English is an advantage -You have at least 2 years of experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service department -Teaming skills (easy to work with, easy integration) -You are communicative, proactive, service-minded and stress-resistant. -Interested in evolution of technical products
Technical: -Minimum Bachelor level or similar by experience (commercial sciences, logistic management, commercial engineer or equivalent) -Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) -Affinity (knowledge, experience) with technical products is an asset
