As a Business Analyst, you are responsible to ensure an efficient and customer-oriented harmonisation of the Customer Information Management between Belgium and the Netherlands taking all requirements and hazards into consideration. You will build innovative and differentiating product and experiences in customer on-boarding processes. You will enable our client to provide customers and employees real time online facilities to register any new customer and maintain customer information and permissions.
Your aim as a business analyst is to create processes and journeys for the clients, to give them ease of acces to the products and services. Making them intelligent so the client doesn't have to search where to click or how to active a product.
The applications need to be intelligent and respond directly to the clients needs.
As a Business Analyst you are a combination of a product manager, process manager, process engineer as well as a Campaign Manager, Marketeer and Communication Officer.
Your tasks: - Working together with colleagues having different expertises. - Acquiring profound understanding of the market and our customers in order to create the best possible offers and journeys for them. - Being innovative by challenging existing trends and consider new developments in the market - Managing complex projects and involving various stakeholders - Evaluating the way of working with the aim to continuously improve - Ensuring an efficient communication via the different channels and touch points - Translating regulatory obligation in simple hassle free digital processes. - Turning regulatory constraints and obligations into digital opportunities to delight customer experience
- Enthusiastic personality - Good reasoning ability (Analytical and abstract) - Experience in business analysis - Results-oriented - Perfect knowledge of English (Dutch or French is a plus) - Team player - Experience or affinity with KYC (Know your customer) - Master diploma
