You will fulfill the function of HR Business Partner Payroll:
1) Administrative support of HR pocesses (personal administration, preparation of reports, compensation & benefits)
2) Contact point for al questions in the socio-legal domain
3) answering AD HOC questions
4) regular contacts with the external organisations such as payroll provider, insurance companies, preventions service..
5) Expat file: link between KPMG and Partena for all payroll matters. Contact point for expat, regularisation of taxes, request of A1 document
6) Contacts with Attentia and Pobos for organisations of medical visits
