The Regulatory Affairs Administrator will facilitate the approval and maintenance of new and in-line veterinary products by providing administrative support to all Veterinary Medicine Regulatory Affairs teams.
- You will contribute to the day to day activities of the administration team - You will contribute to discussions on future trends, problem solving and prioritization in the context of achieving the departmental goals and implementing continuous improvement activities – Your will represent VMRA on design and implementation of business programmes in order to optimize business processes - Your role will include being a point person for external regulatory agencies in order to facilitate effective business processes - Your role will include a multiple administration support the effective operation of the department by taking responsibility for : meeting organisation, visitor arrangements, travel booking, distribution of incoming mail, dispatch of outgoing mail and courier packages, requests for IT and HR support, translation, notarisation and legalisation of documents, ...
- An appropriate education in administration is required - At least 5 years previous experience as an administrator in a dynamic multicultural environment - Fluent in English and at least one additional European language - High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – especially in Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience with financial management, including budget forecasting and management - Working knowledge of drug and vaccine development process is an asset - A previous experience in a Regulatory Affairs department is an asset - Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently
