Always wanted to work in an international medical company? Are you a good multitasker? Are you excellent in administration? Don't hesitate and apply for this job:
- You organise international meetings, you do the logistic organization and write the minutes.You manage also the agenda of the Managers.
- You draft, follow up and manage contracts.
- You translate documents in Dutch, French and English.
- You're in contact with clients by mail and phone.
- You re-read and develop advertising material, documents and activities.
- You're also responsible for congress services which include planning of event, manage the activities, budget management, ... .

jouw aanbod

- You have a bachelor in office management or experience in a similar position.
- You're a strong communicator. You speak and write fluently Dutch, English and French.
- You have good organizational skills.
- You can work accurate, autonomous and are flexible.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
