Within the global Supply & Technology Solutions group (S&TS), the Strategic Planning & Risk Management & Communication team plays a crucial role in driving and coordinating risk management efforts across S&TS.

As Risk manager, you will use robust project management and communication skills to:

- Oversee & monitor the Supply & Technology Solutions group (S&TS) risk portfolio

  • Monitor the progress of the S&TS risk portfolio and ensure the different S&TS groups are following up their respective portfolio
  • Closely monitor and report on the progress of key strategic risks for S&TS 
  • Prepare & report on KPIs for the overall risk portfolio
  • Perform portfolio analyses, in close collaboration with the PMO group to enable project prioritization scenarios, budget, financial 10-year plan & tracking of actuals
  • Report and Communicate on key risks, adapting the reporting to the different audiences (building both process and result oriented KPIs)

- Set-up & coordinate the yearly S&TS risk cycle in line with S&TS strategic plans 

  • Organize key meetings, ensure timely submission of key inputs, etc

- Support continuous improvement projects enabling Risk Management within S&TS, among others

  • Develop Risk reporting  and a risk dashboard 
  • Select & implement a new risk register tool
  • Etc

- Support the S&TS Risk Management Committee

  • Manage the agenda & meeting minutes of the monthly meetings

- Support the broader S&TS risk community

  • E.g. trainings / Q&As related to our processes & risk register
  • Support ad hoc information requests

- Maintain S&TS Risk Management database

  • Ensure the different teams are properly updating the tool
  • Make IT necessary changes to the database (incl. masterdata, etc…)

your contribution

  • You hold a master degree or equivalent (a higher education can be a plus)
  • You have a solid understanding of the biopharma environment, both from a business and an end-to-end CMC perspective
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in Risk Management
  • You have proven and recognized project leadership skills, including project planning, monitoring, issue resolution, decision making, reporting
  • You have a proven track in Project & Portfolio Management and associated tools
  • You master MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • You are team-minded and adapt easily to a multi-cultural environment
  • You are a good communicator, flexible and driven
  • You are rigorous, critically minded and pragmatic
  • You have the ability to identify and address potential problems /areas for improvement pro-actively and act on them in a problem-solving manner with appropriate stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English
