key responsibilities
- Coordinate and motivate a team of eight technical professionals during the night shift to maximize production output.
- Manage technical escalations on the shop floor and provide hands-on support to minimize manufacturing failures.
- Develop and coach your team members to reach higher results through targeted mentoring and professional growth.
- Handle personnel administration for your shift, including holiday planning, sick leaves, and competency reviews.
- Lead cross-departmental collaborations to resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
skills
qualification
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or are a high-level Technician with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have a proven track record in leading and coordinating technical activities on a shift or zone level.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset.
- You are proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace and possess an analytical, interpretive mindset.
