As customer service manager you perform all operational, commercial and administrative tasks in the customer service department smoothly and cost efficiently.
You are responsible for: - Final operational responsibility over the Customer Service department activities - Point of coordination and contact for all stakeholders (customers, planning department, sales department, shipping departments and warehouse). - Creating and leading changes and improvements within the department - Maintain high service levels with high focus on costs and profitability - Optimize the team and support in selecting new team members - Motivate, inspire & guide; support and coach direct reports to improve personal and team performance - Ensure all details of customers criteria are communicated to all relevant parties, follow-up and feedback given - Being the contact person for the warehouse and planning department
You have geographical knowledge of the trading areas You have interpersonal skills and communication skills You are a team player with flexible mindset You have a good knowledge of local legal logistics restrictions, legislation and CMR You can speak Dutch / English / French, both written and oral You have a good knowledge of Office software package You are born to be a teamleader
