Function
You are responsible for the planning and follow up of the direct shipment, the stock replenishments, the
purchasing and the inventory control of assigned products. The MM Coordinator works under
supervision of the Team Lead MM and will provide quality service to the customers by understanding
customer needs through direct contact with the internal & external customers, by working closely as a
team with the other departments and direct contact with service providers.
1. Plans the replenishments:
¿ maintains the rolling replenishments forecast in Excel spreadsheets
¿ follows-up of the forecast in SAP
¿ sends notifications for replenishments to the warehouses
¿ participates in the S&OP process and responsible for minute taking and follow-up on action
items
2. Coordinates internal purchasing:
¿ contacts vendors and orders products by issuing Purchase Orders/Quotations
¿ transfers products by issuing Stock Transfer Orders
¿ arranges for repackaging by issuing Subcontracting Orders
¿ handles the complaints with vendors and subcontractors
3. Monitors inventory and coordinates related controls:
¿ monitors the inventory according to budget
¿ coordinates receiving, processing and storage of goods
¿ monitors accuracy of inventory in SAP, regularly checking with physical inventory counts
¿ prepares stock adjustments
¿ ensures optimal warehouse efficiency
¿ follows-up on product allocations
¿ verifies warehouse handling invoices
¿ reports quarterly on slow movers and product in quality inspection
¿ runs various daily controls
4. Communication: Internal and external: ensure that all are timely informed about all aspects of MM
5. Compliance: Ensure all tasks and actions are fully compliant with internal and external regulations

Profile
¿ Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or by equivalent 5 year experience in planning
¿ Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to meet challenging deadlines
¿ Good understanding of forecasting and budgeting
¿ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
¿ High level of attention to detail
¿ Team player and equally independent worker
¿ Excellent IT skills - SAP, Excel
¿ Knowledge of the modes of transport/shipping
¿ Languages skills: English, Dutch any other language is asset
