To thrive in this role, you will take ownership of the following missions to ensure financial stability.

• Manage the daily cash position and bank relations to ensure optimal liquidity across the organization.
• Develop and refine cash flow forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, through proactive hedging.
• Streamline existing treasury processes by implementing best practices and leveraging modern financial technologies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to facilitate smooth financial operations.

We are looking for a proactive professional who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• You possess at least 3 years of proven experience in treasury management or corporate finance.
• You have a solid understanding of Belgian financial regulations and treasury-related legislation.
• You are available to start immediately and already hold a valid work permit or EU ID for Belgium.
• You communicate fluently in English, and knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant asset for local collaboration.
