A sustainable packaging company is looking for a new Management Assistant in the HR department!

If you like to be at the center of the action, this position is for you!

You will be reporting to the European HR director by:
- doing expense reports
- supporting the preparation of presentations

You will also organize administrative work for 4 HR people such as:
- Organising meetings & events, incl. HR PLT & PMT (online and face to face) and the logistics
- Support in data collection
- Raising PO and Suppliers
-being a point of contact for employee HR queries : bonus, prolonged illness,maternity leave.
-be responsible for the administration of the on-boarding process and leave requests.

your contribution

This is an exciting multi-tasking position that requires a few assets:
-fluency in English and a good knowledge of Dutch
- 3+ years of experience

The team would also be appreciate if you have:
- already worked in an international environment and in HR
- knowledge of Dutch
- strong organizational and analytical skills

This is a full time position - not open for 4/5 employment.
