Job summary As a senior Sales representative you will be responsible for the creation and execution of annual and strategic business plans with associated sales targets. You will manage the Benelux (Key) Accounts, establish strong and mutually beneficial business relations and develop and implement market and account specific sales strategies. You will also provide day-to-day assistance to the Sales Manager of the Benelux and help controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving continual improvement in the profitability of our business activities.
Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute annual customer action plans with existing distributors and wholesalers; - Actively gain new opportunities at end user level in the selected industries; - Work with local marketing and sales management team to develop and execute account and trade specific marketing programs that support the brands, product and key business drivers; - Develop, manage, and nurture new business partnerships that accomplish revenue and profit goals while respecting existing business relationships and channels of distribution; - Effectively communicate changing market conditions and trends back to key stakeholders in the organization; - Communicate clear daily, monthly and quarterly status reports on business performance to the management; - Follow up on customer claims; - Training of key distribution staff on product features and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in distribution and/or wholesale; - Willingness to travel in Benelux region; - Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English; - Excellent negotiation and sales skills; - Computer efficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Preferred Qualifications: - Established relationships in PPM business or cleaning business; - Experience in a high-growth environment with a solid understanding of what is required to grow current channels of business and develop new channels of business; - Able to work under pressure and thrive in a deadline oriented environment; - Capacity to communicate with different levels externally / internally - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage to sales strategies and performance metrics
