We're looking for an experienced technical buyer who knows and gets what he/she wants.

In a team of buyers, you are responsible for the purchase and follow-up of technical components. Your efficient and robust approach ensures that these components are delivered in time to avoid delay in production. Based on material planning in SAP, you take care of the layout and placement of the purchase orders at our suppliers and sending out the schedules.

Next to that, you process the feedback on the delivery of the items and actively monitor shortages. In addition to these main tasks, you also handle a few administrative tasks, being: support the registration of incoming goods, layout of various purchase orders and take care of the corresponding administration.

your contribution

Our ideal Purchasing Coordinator has the following profile:
> A masters degree or equivalent
> At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in automotive
> Experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP) and quickly learn new ways of working.
> An administrative type for who accurate work is of great importance.
> Stress resistant, flexible, assertive and communicative - which means you get what you need from the suppliers.
> A strong technical insight in combination with a commercial flair. Preferably you have experience with the various production processes for mechanical parts.
> Good knowledge of Dutch and English. German is an added value.
