In this challenging and versatile position, you are responsible for complex new construction and renovation projects in our hotels. You can enjoy yourself in this position thanks to your no-nonsense approach and your strong focus on results. By doing this you contribute to optimal Asset Management and help realize Accor's ambitions.

You are the first point of contact, internally and externally, for all parties involved and you are known as the Project Manager who thinks ahead, responds adequately to unexpected situations and delivers great results in collaboration with others. You are innovative, have a clear vision of project realization and you have an affinity with the use of sustainable materials.

You have an ownership attitude and manage effective and efficient implementation of your projects. You plan your work, manage and monitor your budgets and communicate tactically and effectively.

You will work in a small team of Project Managers, each with their own project portfolio. You report directly to the VP Technical Services. You are surrounded by technical and project driven colleagues.

Described in a set of tasks, the job sounds like this:

- renovation and refurbishment projects from A to Z: from feasibility, design development, execution to transfer.

- collaborating with, among others, Asset Managers, Technical & Maintenance Engineers, Legal Counselors, Finance specialists and General Managers.

- deliver projects that meet the quality requirements, in accordance with planning and within budget.

- request and evaluate quotes, select (sub) contractors and cooperate with them

your contribution

You are an engineer in construction or electromechanics or an (interior) architect or equivalent through experience.

You have, at the least, a few years of experience in a similar position = project management in construction (residential, retail, service buildings).

Your knowledge of and experience in legislation in the field of construction and safety ensure that you deliver a high quality of work.

Other skills that characterize you: project management & leadership skills and result driven.

Knowledge of French (excellent) and English (very good) is mandatory. Knowledge of Dutch is a benefit.
