For an international firm in Zwijndrecht we are looking for an HR-Officer.

job description

As a HR-Officer you will execute the following tasks :
handle the planning of short term lease cars
will be responsible for maintaining and adding accurate data in the car fleet system
give advice to internal customers on the car policy and provide a reply to their ad hoc questions
will follow up on any car damages
will take care of all incoming calls regarding accidents
will coordinate the processing of fines
follow up on employees' tax declaration
handle the preparation of foreign tax declaration and the processing of personal data in our personnel information system

your contribution

A Bachelor degree in office management, HR, administration or similar
are interested to handle a wide variety of admin tasks
show a positive attitude, are able to remain calm in stressful circumstances
are able to multi-task, keep the overview and focus on priorities
show the greatest accurcacy at all times in your work
are dedicated and like to work in team
can express yourself fluently in spoken and written Dutch and English
