Digital marketing is very important in the world of Marketing & Communication as well as in the world of Recruitment. Are you able to quickly relate to the target audience and can you translate user data into customer needs? Nowadays recruitment happens online. Randstad has to adapt to this new online world. How do we stay visible for a target audience that does not visit our branches anymore? And how can we convince them that we have the right job for them, only by use of a vacancy text? Your role •E-commerce for a business line on recruitment websites and social media. •You ensure that the Randstad vacancies reach a large audience by distributing them effectively and creatively through different media. •You provide data-driven advice on optimizing the online visibility of vacancies (using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio) •You are continuously exploring the target audience to understand what appeals to them; what matters to them and what drives them in their work. •You launch and optimize online marketing campaigns, in which you achieve high conversions throughout the recruitment funnel. •With your knowledge of the target audience, you set up a SEO (search engine optimisation) strategy for optimal online visibility. You will also roll out the strategy. •You make your results intelligible and you work data driven.
•Bachelor/Master level education in marketing •You have experience with data analysis and you are a digital-minded expert •You have a digital marketing-/communication background •You have experience and affinity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords •You have feeling for online content •You are eager to reach the highest conversions •You are eager to experiment, "you fail fast, but learn faster” •You can associate with the target audience •You express yourself fluently verbally and written in Dutch, French and English
