job description

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

- Define production, warehouse and transportation capacity requirements at the different lifecycle stages of the health & wellness product by collaborating with the global teams & zones.
- Own the international logistics challenge for health & welness projects, where importation is crucial for speed to market and consumer research.
- Ownership of supply chain budget for the projects
- Partner with ABInBev Logistics teams to define the logistics strategy for the new SKUs at the different lifecycle stages of the products and the triggers and KPIs to scale logistics processes.
- Identify footprint solutions for seeding and launching new products in the market.
- Support the zones being the link between supply and RTM, guaranteeing best fit for each country according to current and future structure and capabilities.
- Own the footprint analyzes with ABI and decide whether we should migrate production from copackers to own operations. Own the CAPEX process involved on this and the interface with technical stakeholders
- Own the supply chain cost (VILC) and make decisions to optimize our profitability per project
- Work closely with Zones and global Procurement to understand how we organize to be flexible and still have synergies on the sourcing of raw and pack materials and on copackers deals
- Translate the business purpose of the project into concrete subprojects, steps and tasks
- Gather and maintain a project team to help drive the execution of these steps
- Set up routines to make sure progress in tracked and risks are highlighted on time
- Report regularly on the status of the project
- Escalate potential barriers on time

REQUIREMENTS:

- EDUCATION: B.S. degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics preferably related to Innovation and product development processes
- Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent project/program management skills and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong business understanding and orientation
- Experience in working in an international business environment
- Result oriented
- Need to understand to bigger picture: end-to-end process view
- Agile, solution driven mindset
- Can work independently on given tasks
- Excellent communication skills in a highly international environment
- Can drive actions with different stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Team Player
- Mobility: 15-20% of the time abroad
- Fluent in English (written/spoken), other language skills constitute an additional asset.
