As a HR Business Partner you provide day-to-day business support to contribute to the company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development in support of the business objectives. You will partner with the Director Human Resources to support the implementation and execution of core processes and customization of these processes for regional use.

You will partner with managers to fulfill the talent needs of the organization.

- Partner with the HR director and managers to align HR strategy and business strategy.
- Support the coordination and maintain the global talent management process.
- Co-facilitate new employee orientation programs.
- Partner with managers on developing short and long term people strategies and annual goal setting process.
- Provide ongoing HR consulting services to managers/associates.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers.
- Support annual HR cycle deliverables including performance management, merit, benefits, etc.
- Coordinate and execute the rollout of the global employee survey and support divisions/departments in developing high quality continuous action/improvement plans.
- Provide effective day-to-day coaching to managers on performance management, staffing issues, employee engagement, employee development and overall organizational effectiveness, and guide decisions on talent management including succession planning.
- Proactively identify partnership opportunities to foster effective relationships between business and HR.

your contribution

- A bachelor's degree in business management, human resources or related field (required).
- Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior or MBA preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Talent professional, HR Corporate staff role or business partner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, can work independently.
- Ability to effectively evaluate talents.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation delivery.
- Comfort in working in a variety of modes, from strategic to tactical.
- Ability to present to and facilitate small to large groups.
- Proven ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, functions and regional cultures, and easily establish good relationships with internal/external customers and staff; build wide and effective networks of contacts.
- Excellent coaching and relationship skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential data and materials.
- Proven ability to work under stress.
- Proven ability to maintain both a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
