You will provide operational supportto the Quality Management team in the management of the Quality Management System including ProcDocs (Procedural Documents). What does this entail?
Initiate and follow-up on workflows
Perform document format check
Send E-mail notifications and reminders
Act as First-line helpdesk function
Create of ProcDocs metrics reports
Track and follow-up of ProcDocs requests
Archiving of records cfr the document record retention schedule
Bachelor degree, a first experience in a quality clinical environment is a plus
Accurate and precise with the ability to plan activities and organize own work to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills resulting in an effective (intra- and cross-departmental) team player
A strong personality, high degree of flexibility, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
Is system minded and has a good knowledge of current computer applications (Word, Excel)
Providing support is frequent and require excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Fluent in English both written and spoken
