Do you like planning and organisation ? Do you have strong administrative skills ?

Ongoing contact & continuous communication with participants, faculty, tutors, ensuring the high quality learning experience of the programme. Gather feedback from the participants and implement for even better learning journeys.
Ensure participant engagement and learning progression by proactively reaching out.
Identification of trends, issues and opportunities; propose and implement solutions.
Administrative responsibility:invoicing, administration, engagement reporting, badge/grade card creation, releasing and tracking of grades, practical follow-up of the programme, scheduling admissions, coaching, course exams and events.

your contribution

You have a Master or Bachelor degree with about 5 years experience in planning.
Are willing to learn and contribute actively to a strategic and innovative programme.
You have affinity with technology.
You are an excellent communicator (excellent English ¿ written and oral).
You have a working knowledge of standard software tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Youare punctual and able to integrate different sources of information , customer oriented stress-resistant (e.g. you can handle peaks in applications) and mature and trustworthy (a lot of confidential info of our participants is handled)
Youhave an understanding of and respect for cultural diversity and an international mindset
You are pro-active, flexible, well-organised and able to work autonomously but also in team
